Broccoli Cornbread

There's a lot packed into this recipe!

Ingredients
2 boxes (8.5 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix
4 eggs
1 small can mild green chiles
2 sticks margarine, melted
10 pkg chopped broccoli (the square frozen brick one)
12 oz small curd cottage cheese

Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Grease and flour a 9x13 pan.
Pour into prepped pan.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour.

That's it. Simple ingredients. Simple directions. Yes, you can use a 8- or 9-inch round pan. Yes, you have to use corn muffin mix. No, it doesn't have to be Jiffy. Yes, you have to use cottage cheese. Yes, you can sub in butter. Yes, you could use another vegetable; but then you have a [Your Veg Choice] Cornbread instead.
